How far along: 26 weeks
Baby is the size of: an artichoke (1.7 pounds… we’re now measuring in pounds!)
Movement: I had to have a little chat with Dita the other week… she would not stop kicking me in inappropriate places! Apparently it’s quite common. Someone should seriously warn newly pregnant women of these things!
I’m feeling: Still feeling great! The only pregnancy symptom has been heartburn. I’ve been trying to remedy it without antacids and am mostly successful. On really bad days though I’ll take a couple of Tums.
Exercise: Last week I got in 4 days of exercise. Three days of strength training and a 1.5 mile walk, and then one day of yoga. It felt good!
Sleep: Remind me again what this word means. No… seriously…. what’s sleep?
What I’m reading: I’ve been concentrating on getting my WikiPamela.com site up and running, so mostly it’s been all boring blogging books :).
Baby preparations: We took a trip to Ross and bought a couple of outfits and a baby book, but other than that, we’re waiting until after the baby shower to really start shopping. Instead, we’ve been concentrating on filling our freezer with Once a Month Meals (which I’m now an affiliate for!) as well as the finishing touches of our house. Other exciting things: The baby shower is this weekend! I can’t wait to see everyone!
